NOTICE:

The Issuer wishes to announce that (a) the Counterparty to the credit default swap transaction relating to the Notes and having an effective date of 30 September 2005 (the "Credit Default Swap") exercised its right under the Credit Default Swap in whole to terminate the Credit Default Swap on the Time Call Date falling on 9 December 2015 and (b) the Issuer exercised its call option in whole to redeem USD 50,000,000 in principal amount of the Notes on the Interest Payment Date falling on 9 December 2015 (the "Scheduled Optional Redemption Date"), at 100 per cent. of their then outstanding principal amount, together with interest accrued to, but excluding, the Scheduled Optional Redemption Date.

The Issuer wishes to announce that it has requested the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the Notes detailed above from the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
