JakNife, yes, investors bought into a well-concealed Cayman company. It's easy to believe that an offshore company is a tax haven for investors, without realising that their investment has to make a lot of money over several years before this benefit ever kicks in.

Maybe there is evidence in the Paradise Papers, when they come out. Perhaps Golden Bridge will be in there too. And Osuna a CTAG founder and still shareholder. And Corvus.

We know Amit made a packet on his Golden Bridge handout related to Israeli big data services to Cloudatg that came to absolutely nothing. A Cloudtag director quit at the time and good for him. What minimal memories the CTAG investors must have.

CTAG no longer has an operating company in the U.K. CT Tech is now a shell with only Massimo as a Director, as he is with Cloudtag Active.Cloudtag Active has liabilities of over 3 million and only 6k of assets. No accounts have been filed for CT Tech. The financial period was extended to 30 September 2017 to delay filing.Ben-Haim and Reeves resigned from CT earlier this year (May).
