How about the suspension theory when ROI and CHL get their notice, being completely wrong?

How about the notices have already BEEN served, either yesterday or today and an RNS on Friday for us?

I have Had a result like this before, the relief at the end is awesome.

it would be nice just before they clock off for thanksgiving holiday they send out letters via email to both parties confirming verdict out Monday.

Debbie - I have rolling SB's. I just pay a few pennies each close of day to roll them over. I only need concern myself with them opening on UP after suspension. If it goes the other way...ouch - It wont effect our Christmas - I can take the hit ;-)

T traders have had a week to roll trades or close and buy the next day.
Dont know how it works with spreadbets ?

Thursday is agm, so results out before then.I don't know why some have not been patient, we are basically less than a week away from forgery verdict.Penny here or there doesn't make a difference in long run.

Thats probably why some hot money pulled allowing others to buy cheap.
When ICSID said they expected to have result in 2 weeks though they knew a holiday was planned.


No big sells showing yet from what is shown, not many got frightened out so mms did not pick much up ?

Not just the markets closed for thanksgiving the Washington office Icsid closed too so if they are not getting it to Roi and chl tonight i would think it will be monday i still think we may get a thursday morning rns

Nothing is ever 'in the bag' .... arbitration decisions are fickle beasts ... Oxus thought their outcome would be favourable .. it wasn't.

This currently isn't an investment it is a 50/50 punt with certain factors looking positive.
