you have a point, t trading is risky never do it as it makes one nervous. Owning shares 100% is the way to go.

There is nothing to fear if your holding is only as big as what you can save in 6 months.

The problem is when your holding is a good part of your life savings, retirement funds or from a redundancy payout. These applied to some that lost on Oxus Gold.

Therfore I can recover again. Just like I did on Oxus. As loosing on both will be just under a years savings for me.

Its good to talk like this. As I want to top up cheap today before the end of my T deal on Friday.

MM's taking advantage of a bit of hot money selling at a loss and a few reducing on the back of the recent rise.

given the volume bought last week the fall this am on the sells doesn't equate - potentially MM balancing their books also

no just 50%, im comfortable with that. Delayed trade should show up around 30k, and few others showing already.

Couldnt sell in one lump.

Yes you are spot on there.
I am actually tempted on taking on another T deal in order to help close the ones at hopefully over 27p by Friday. I will not have enough credit to buy all of the Friday ones. However I will buy the rest back after closing on Friday.

tivoliworldgaming - Early doors will probably be best as the MMs have sussed out our regular day trader and this morning they did him up like a kipper making him pay far more than anybody else - 24815 @ 28.15p - if you disregard the possible unmarked as such roll over of the 5910 trades !!!

Good well reasoned post!
I dont necessarily believe that CHL/ROI negotiations and perhaps an OOC settlement is, as you suggest, an admission of guilt that the ROI would shy away from. Firstly, ROI have a new, admittedly weak in terms of 'majority', government who appear committed to getting rid of corruption and past incompetence! This in itself an admission of guilt is it not? There is no longer denial of the problems of the recent past and indeed there have been many arrests and trials planned since Jokowa's new government was formed. Any out of court settlement would just underline ROI's commitment to clearing the ugly past out of the way. We should not entirely 'diss' ROI for continuing to fight the licensing battle, the arbitration process was started before Jokowi's appointment and ROI have a right to see this through to a point beyond that which satisfies any doubters of its innocence. We would expect the same if any claims were made by a foreign against our 'nationals'.
I am of course biased!

Thanks theunluckyone. That should come in handy for me sometime in the future.

I am aiming at making my next T deal bigger than my last in Churchill, so I still need to close them all and then after the share price drops from hopefully others chasing my sale I can hopefully re-buy at my sale price.

Surely if you open a t20 with TDW you have an open debt and only the debt has to be settled.
You can surely send funds to cover or part cover and sell the rest to pay balance or if the stock doubles sell half [and enough to cover costs.]
As long as the finacial balance is paid it should not matter ?
If not change your broker !

It may be different if we ask them on the phone, but then if its going to take a phone trade then it will be dealt at the more expensive rate.

I am looking to close my T deal by Friday, so I need an opportunity where I can close and re-buy. I wish I closed at 28p at 8am and then re-bought at 27.5p.

On TDW you are only allowed to close the same amount as you opened. You can not part close it.

If you can then its great news for me. As often I open up £800 worth, and then find I only have saved £500. Then I be able to sell the £300 I could not afford.

Many explainations

C trade means conditions atttached not only T trade
Trades can be lumped together
Somebody could have have bought more ,made a profit or raised some cash and therefore sold less.
