A] for an explanation of late payment ?
B] If so have they been given a deadline ?
C] If so will the reason be published ?

$600mln = £415-420mln

mkt cap here, £26mln...so 15-17x current value.

Re the above links - i note that the original claim went before ICSID on 16/02/2011 - so a 5 year process.

A comparison to CHL would be?

Lets now see how long it takes for the cash to arrive.

So between 45 and 50% [incl costs and interest ] awarded.

1 of the articles I read mentioned ICSID reasoning and it mentioned the word blatant twiice and also stated blatent violation of the treaty.

Perhaps ICSID more generous when wryled ?

Does anybody know it only says the value from 2011 + interest ???

Except summer doldrums will not affect this type of share which is immune from the usual swings of stock market ups and downs, especially if the authenticity results are in our favour in June/July. If we lose that a price drop is pretty much guaranteed immediately after and then you may not be prepared to buy at any price?

Sumer doldrums ahead, I think it will be, so waiting for a lower price to pull the trigger.

Below 15p would look very attractive on a potential risk/reward ratio, IMO.

Not far off the original ICSID awards AFAIK of 185m$ and 43m$.
