"Do U think directors would be buying if this was 50:50?"

Well yes actually because directors will buy to try and reassure the market, the fact is the market needs reassuring in the first place.

Frak - good question. May be the difference was taken up friends or relatives of the directors (wifes etc..) that may have also been subject to the closed period.

i could easily buy 40k shares online (only number i typed in) so i don't know why you would think there's a shortage of shares.

but so long as it makes you happy....

I dont see much to complain about, they have put their money on the line. They have done it at each fundraising and at higher prices.

There was plenty of chance to buy in at last weeks price and this weeks. It hit a low of about 13p recently don't know why those that complain did not feel that was cheap enough and buy instead of complaining.Different agenda perhaps.

Someone even complained the directors had not bought yet!

Maybe of course they are waiting for 11p so they can fill their boots!

In a not very good climate there is possibly still downside, but I have seen nothing to say there could not be considerably more upside....as to whenI dont know. But I was expecting around March so maybe it will be June as DQ said in December

pat,

Yes always good to see directors participating in placings, and Kiran's £100,000 is certainly impressive.

There was once an analysis done of the success of directors' dealings and the success rate was not as high as you would imagine, so even though they are participating, success is not guaranteed.

This company's future rests on court decisions to come rather then the knowledge that one would normally associate with a director/insider.

Anyway a rare example of AIM directors putting their hands in their own pocket, which is good to see.

Very positive directors have purchased so many shares. As others have said it's a lot for them to personally lose and they must be extremely confident of a win on the imminent ISCID hearing.

Remember also they haven't been taking any salary for many years as new shares have been allocated in lieu of salary. So these shares have no doubt been funded from their own piggy banks.

Overall dilution is quite minimal. Clock continues to count down for the much awaited ICSID decision.

Bodes well. GLA

probably still a small overhang here from costs/brkers fees which are a percentage of the shares issued. Dont expect any movement here for a week or two.

Can only see director buying as a strong positive as they can't sell at same times as we canOr we can sell when we want they can't!I still think 75 pct chance of 100p

ireminisces - whilst I understand your frustration opening these offerings up to all shareholders comes at quite a cost. They are too small to do that IMO.
