07/12/2015 12:17 | And if this next bit of news rules in chl favour I think the share price will hit a new high and i dint think it will come down again to these levels because after that its how much? I recall them saying that they will want the full amount of compensation as stated pet rns. | edie5
07/12/2015 12:11 | rossannan, give it a rest.. the June rns came out the blue and you seemed pretty quiet then, just making the point that your just as clueless re timings like the rest of us. Regardless of what you say.... see this thread eventually becoming like Oxus Gold | sos100
07/12/2015 12:08 | No the results of the document authenticity news first will come out from the conversation. IMO | edie5
07/12/2015 11:36 | Yep absolutely DW. These guys want to save face and pride. They will not want public criticism. As I said last week, OOC is a good possibility once both parties get sight of it. | pb01
07/12/2015 11:27 | Can I just add, that we may not even get the result of the tribunal. I say this because I feel that when the report is due, both parties will be given first sight of it and be given the opportunity to 'defend' certain points, similar to the Iraq inquiry that is still rumbling on.The ICSID however, will only give so much time for them to comment before a final decision is made on the 'fraudulent' part of the case.If it is really damning to the ROI, then I believe a settlement will happen quickly. You will not be able to get in if that happens. IMHO. | daddy warbucks
07/12/2015 10:48 | You pays your money and you take your chance.Rossannon obviously feels there is money to be made elsewhere before he fully commits to CHL. I wish him/her the best of luck.Me? I'm so unlucky, if I sold out today, there would be news straight after. I am staying put, because I feel like a lot of others that news may not be too far away.Good luck. | daddy warbucks
07/12/2015 10:44 | Thank you Edie5, 2 good posts. | pb01
07/12/2015 10:30 | Personally I was going to sell my shares as I bought in at 10p just before I went to See DQ/Nicholas at 16p. But since have not because of the confidence I got from our meeting, now I would not like to be out of this as I feel the deliberations could be anytime Dec,Jan,Feb etc so not worth it for me waking up one morning trying to get in as the share price shoots up, so I'm holding tight at the moment, its too close a call. All opinions are my own please do your own research. | edie5
07/12/2015 10:23 | When I spoke to DQ/Nicholas they said their looking at around June for end game but are looking forward to a deliberation of the last round of results to come first which timing wise they said was in the hands of the courts. I'm presuming if June is 6-7 month away then next news in my mind should come anytime between now till March, giving them enough time to start last leg of the case. After talking to DQ its seemed like not much for the courts to write about as not much evidence from the Roi side to be honest, Nickolas said that the court are "putting their tongue into their cheek" (those words used)when dealing with Roi and following procedure cus they have to but they know Roi is a shambles. | edie5
07/12/2015 09:17 | We all accept that the endgame could be quiet a while but some of us think that if we win this last round that there could be a rerating . Quiet a few have estimated that January would probably be the earliest for the forgery hearing result. It would be a gamechanger and tcould also be grounds for OOC talks to restart. | debbiegee
06/12/2015 22:08 | To be fair to Rossannan, I think that he's bringing to this some of the turgid experience of being in Oxus Gold (as am I), where days turn into weeks, and weeks quickly turn into months. It's a good experience of believing something's just around the corner - every day for years! The arbitration process is quite pedestrian (at best), and it could well be many months before anything substantial is heard here - on the other hand, news could be around the corner (and then maybe moves towards settlement) as the document fraud alone is a much simpler proposition than the Oxus situation. But after being in Oxus for several years, I do know the meaning of patience! (albeit sometimes in an ill-tempered impatient way - or should that be in-patient ;o) | pennyfalls
06/12/2015 14:46 | Those that publicly stated they had sold a portion of their stock higher and hope to get back in cheaper are effectively shorting their own stock. [main thing is they still believe in the longterm outcome] Some have even posted that they hope they stay down until they have funds then seem to think of politely posting anything that could be negative and sometimes refusing to take on board any possible shorter term positives . Hey Ho It is the stock market and we have a range of different agendas. Each to their own. | debbiegee
06/12/2015 14:08 | wrong thread. | market sniper3
05/12/2015 15:22 | There you go again - nobody has a clue about timeframes so stop making out you do and that your word is gospel. It might run a bit then again it might not with plenty of catalysts in between IMO. | pembury
05/12/2015 14:34 | You need to lighten up a bit imo. Our time will come and anxting over when and how much is not good for your health. I am not trading so am not worried by share price fluctuations either. Patience is the key here but I do wish they would get a move on! WG | weegeordie
05/12/2015 12:40 | More like nearly empty! ;) | weegeordie
