ClearStar and iCIMS Announce Partnership to Address the On-the-Go Workforce with Mobile Screening Solutions

ClearStar now integrates with the iCIMS Talent Platform

ClearStar, Inc. (AIM: CLSU), the technology and service provider to the background screening industry, is pleased to announce a partnership with iCIMS Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions. ClearStar now offers an integration of its mobile solutions for background screening and drug testing into the iCIMS Talent Platform, a suite of talent acquisition tools that enables organisations to source, screen, and employ the best talent for their ever-changing business needs. The partnership offers a seamless transfer of candidate screening results from the ClearStar system into the iCIMS Talent Platform, where recruiters can access them from wherever they are and manage the hiring process from start to finish, all within a single, cloud-based application. Each year, three million jobs are posted and 61 million applications are completed using the iCIMS Talent Platform.

ClearStar will also benefit from UNIFi, iCIMS' Platform-as-a-Service framework, which enables partners to integrate their software applications with the iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite. It also places partner products directly in front of iCIMS' customer base of over 3,500 through the iCIMS Marketplace. The iCIMS Marketplace is an online community featuring the largest partner ecosystem in the talent acquisition industry, enabling companies to shop for and engage with supporting technology providers that best fit their unique talent acquisition and management needs - all in one logical, easy-to-use interface. Additionally, UNIFI allows partners to build long-term, lasting relationships through standard and streaming APIs that offer flexible data sharing, adding value to their customer experience.
