Result of Court Hearing to Confirm Reduction of Capital 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that the order confirming the Capital 
Reductions required to effect the Tender Offer, details of which were announced 
on 29 April 2009, was granted at the Court Hearing held today. The Capital 
Reductions will become effective when the order of the Court is registered by 
the Registrar of Companies tomorrow, 25 June 2009. 
 
 
Accordingly, the Tender Offer is expected to be completed on 26 June 2009 and 
Shareholders will have their CREST accounts credited, or cheques posted to them, 
with the proceeds of the Tender Offer on 26 June 2009. Following this, the 
Company will be de-listed on Monday 29 June 2009 and then re-registered as a 
private limited company. 
 
Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those in the circular 
to shareholders of the Company dated 28 April 2009.
