                            Director's shareholding



ClearSpeed Technology plc received notification on 4 April 2008 that, on 4 April
2008,

1  Royal Bank of Canada Trustees Limited (the "Trustees") as trustees for 
   the time being of the Kyabram Trust (the "Trust") transferred, for
   nil consideration, beneficial ownership of 8,033,045 ordinary shares of 
   GBP0.01 ("the Shares") registered in the name of  Evolution Securities 
   Nominees Limited to Kyabram Investments Limited ("KIL"), a company 
   registered in Jersey and wholly owned by the Trustees;

2  The beneficial ownership of the entire issued share capital of KIL was 
   transferred, for nil consideration, from the Trust to Richard
   Farleigh, chairman; and

3  following such transfer, absolute beneficial ownership of the Shares was 
   transferred to Richard Farleigh  upon the voluntary liquidation of KIL.
