ClearSpeed, a leader in high-performance co-processors for supercomputing
applications, announces that on 1 November 2007 the Remuneration Committee g
ranted options over 470,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to Andrew Kroese who
recently joined the plc board as Chief Financial Officer. The options will vest
and become exercisable in respect of one third of the Ordinary Shares over which
they are granted on the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of
grant. The exercise price is 781/2p, the closing mid-market price on the day
prior to grant.
