    Board changes
    ClearSpeed Technology plc ("ClearSpeed" or "the Group", AIM: CSD), a leader in high-performance processors for supercomputing and
embedded systems, has appointed Russell David to the Board as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect. At the same time John Hart, one
of the non executive directors, has resigned as part of restructuring process announced at the time of the Group interim results which now
is largely completed. 
    Russell David (49) joined ClearSpeed in 1998 and is responsible for the development and delivery of the Group's hardware and software,
including silicon and board products, and the development tools and application software. 
    Prior to joining ClearSpeed, he worked for Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, leading a team of engineers responsible for the design of
mixed-signal baseband Integrated Circuits for the wireless communications market. Additionally his extensive semiconductor background
includes design and management positions at GPS (in both telecommunications and DSP Cores), Eurotherm and Standard Telecommunications
Laboratories.
    Richard Farleigh, ClearSpeed Chairman commented:

    Russell David has confirmed that there are no other matters to be disclosed in relation to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
