Trading update and Notice of

ClearDebt Group plc, the AIM quoted integrated consumer debt advisory, IVA and 
debt management group, announces that the number of IVAs passed in September 
2010 reached a record high for the Company of 138 cases.  This means that in the 
first quarter of the new financial year a total of 355 cases have been passed 
compared to 176 for the first quarter last year, an increase of over 100%. 
 
The Company also announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Annual 
Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 (the "Annual 
Report"). 
 
 The Annual Report also contains a notice convening the Annual 
General Meeting of the Company for 12 noon on 1 November 2010 at Nelson House, 
Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ.
