HEADLINE: General Meeting Results 
 
At the General Meeting of the Company held on 22 March 2012, in connection with 
the proposals for the reconstruction of the Company and the transfer of assets 
to City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited, shareholders approved the following 
Special Resolution: 
 
 1. To reclassify certain of the Company's shares as D Ordinary Shares, to 
    amend the articles of association, to approve the scheme of reconstruction 
    and to authorise the liquidators to carry out certain matters. 
 
The Resolution was passed on a show of hands. 
 
Proxies appointing the Chairman lodged with the Registrar were as follows:

Total Voting Rights were 72,799,105. 
 
A copy of the resolution has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism

  * Dealings expected to commence in City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited 
    Shares, having ticker `CMHY and ISIN JE00B6RMDP68 - 8.00 a.m. on 2 April 
    2012
