NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DELIST

Reference is made to Citibank N.A. ("CBNA")'s equity index linked warrants ("Warrants") that are listed on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") under the following International Securities Identification Numbering ("ISIN")'s:

5.     USY163614230

 

CBNA has requested (i) the FCA to cancel the listing of the Warrants on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and (ii) the LSE to cancel the admission to trading of the Warrants on the Main Market for listed securities of the LSE (collectively, the "Delisting").

It is intended that the Delisting will become effective from 8:00 a.m. (BST) on 28 August 2024 (the "Delisting Date"), such that the last date of trading of the Warrants on the LSE will be 27 August 2024.
