1.        Northumbrian Water Group plc lists on AIM

Northumbrian Water Group plc the ultimate parent company of Ondeo Services UK plc ("OSUK"), Northumbrian Water Limited, 
Ondeo Services UK plc and Northumbrian Water Finance plc was admitted on 23 May 2003 to AIM making its return as a 
publicly listed company after some eight years as part of Suez SA.

Northumbrian Water Group plc (formerly Aquavit plc) was incorporated on 12 May 2003 as an acquisition vehicle to 
acquire the entire issued ordinary share capital of Atlantic Water Limited, which is the holding company of the OSUK 
Group. OSUK, a leading UK water and sewerage business, owns both regulated and non-regulated operations in the water and
sewerage sector in the UK together with other non-regulated businesses. Northumbrian Water Limited is OSUK's principal 
subsidiary and is regulated by Ofwat.

As disclosed in the listing particulars the company will seek a listing on the main market of the London Stock Exchange 
as soon as is reasonably practicable.

2.        Directors Resignations

Thierry Chambolle, Bernard Guirkinger, Jacques Petry and Alain Chaigneau resigned as non-executive directors of Ondeo 
Services UK plc with effect from 23 May 2003.

3.         Interim Dividend & Interim Financial Accounts

A first interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2003 of #56m was paid to the company's sole shareholder, 
Atlantic Water Limited, on 27 May 2003. The Interim Accounts to support the dividend will shortly be available for 
inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North 
Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
