I heard CINP speak at an investor presentation last year and the thing I do recall is that 'sales had been slower to convert than anticipated'. I then took this off my close watch list until we started to see a steady stream of orders flow. It hasn't and hence the need for CINP to come back to the market for extra cash.

I see the last placing RNS: The net proceeds of the Placing amounting to approximately GBP1.32 million will be used to support the Company's sales and marketing efforts in the UK and to provide working capital generally in order to build on the progress made to date.

The reality is that PIs investments are being diluted by fund raising to pay salaries for CINP employees.

Needs a step change to get me interested but I'll check in occasionally because the product looks interesting.

What did I say funding needed and there is massive dilution now near 19%. Still the compaany is struggling to win significant contracts.

A placing at 7p wont go down well with investors.

Well put it this way delayed results dont go down well with investors and there is no excuse for a month delay. I suspect they have delayed results pending trying to get more finance or and also living in hope they may get another contract win by time results are out.

You see we know when results are out the co will be losing money and they need to reasure investors in relation to finance and contracts.

It dont look good from where I stand glad I got out at the top.

LS - I asked you some time ago when you were predicting a share price fall why you were not going short. No answer. In my mind your posts are simply filling your obviously otherwise empty day with predictions that you didn't actually have the balls or even guts to back your self on. Any half wit can predict something and if it works keep milking it saying " I told you so ".You make some relevant points re sales etc but such regular comments on a bulletin board make investors feel that they need a daily fix of news from a company, business doesn't work like that.

From your comments I sincerely doubt you have met the Company or visited the factory.

I don't know where the shares are going short term but I feel comfortable that given a bit of time this company will produce the figures that will keep investors very happy. Things don't go in a straight line.

Shares are for buying and selling and in this day and age you can not even frame old share certs so you have to buy and sell!

I would have some respect for your odd comment if you didn't treat this bulletin board as play ground. If you have a comment fine make it but don't treat it as kiddies playground as most of your comments should be on the kiddie BB.

If I thought for a minute you had shorted i would have some respect.

Most professional investors invest, take their profits or losses and move on but you appear to have a different agenda. Stay in the play ground where you belong.

LSL,

I'm familiar with EKT from about 4 yrs past. On recent evidence I see no reason to change my negative view of them.

Conversely, CINP have gone from not delivering to suddenly beginning to bring home the bacon - also, I see their management as being straighter with investors.

Yes CR but the prospects changed when the blue chip deal did not turn out the way the market expected. Its a canny investor like myself that took the decisio to exit and I got it right again the market followed me.

From Investors Cronical on 12 Jan

In the short term, energy efficiency and smart metering continue to be in vogue and energy technology companies who sell into large utilities are likely to prosper. Those companies with cost effective technologies will prosper over disruptive technologies that are still in the pilot testing phase. We favour Energetix, Vphase, Bglobal, and Cinpart.

I think its best to keep away from this discussion board. The company gets slated on here! I think its ex employees or previous investors who have lost a lot.
Fundamentally the technology the company has is strong and should perform in the long run.
Time will tell...
