Cindrigo is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Friday 17 December at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of McCarthy Denning, 6th Floor, Minster House, 42 Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7AE.

Given the continued uncertainty relating to COVID-19, shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy in advance of the AGM or appointing the chair of the meeting as their proxy.
