Posting this to save you from sending the company emails and to save the company from having to respond to all....I have had a positive interaction with the CEO and he would like to thank all the shareholders for their patience and assured me that we are in the final phase of getting the company back on the stock market and are just waiting for the FCA as we speak.....

The answer is yes if you are an institutional Investor with more than £250K I have his mobile number, I reached out to him last year and I messaged him again a year late Yawn indeed, we will just have to wait and see.

That's what I was referring to, a full restructuring to ensure they have funds, in order for the relisting to happen, let's hope it's happening soon!!!

FCA was NOT ready a week ago, apparently it takes a little longer ... however, everything should be ready before the turn of the year. surprise!
with the new information, you should probably take my source with a grain of salt.

With a discount of 15%, however, I am not blindly looking at valuation today! I expect a number of news in connection with the stock market launch and hope for good development in the long term. believe/hope that we can be around 4-5 usd Q1 -23 and what may be wishful thinking with that some insiders "think" we have 15-20 usd in 3-4 years

What do you think of the minimum CLNs conversion price of £1.25/share?
That equates to about US$1.39/share at current exchange rates.
