Pants: 100K of buys on the 15th and 17th make interesting watching over on INTO. Price has dropped a fair bit since the rns although not sure why.

Could just be they are not impressed with Stewpid`s CV & they are heading for the door?!!!!!

Supposedly direct from Stewpid, using his `postboy` Pants:
"All interns including CIC Capital Q3 to 30 Sep 2019 had to go through a auditors review process despite being un-audited. The FS in the prospectus must also go through same process. The auditor issues a letter of consent to the regulator.
So any one say Q3 is made up is really stupid and they are showing their lack of knowledge."

Due to the many spelling mistakes & the awkward use of English, the source is probably correct!!!
Would an auditors "review process", include thoroughly investigating each & every contract in minute detail to search for clauses, such as the one Stewpid used to abandon the sales to Balfour & Jarada, even though they had been included in accounts & we were not told the sales were "conditional", until they were withdrawn!!!!!!!!!
It could be argued that the high "churn" of auditors, may have something to do with Stewpid`s "machinations"?!!!!!!!

"well regardless of alleged misdemeanours in Aus, it would seem he did go to China on a hunch with no money no accommodation and eventually got backing from Perth mining companies based on his family history to the tune of $100,000(AUS)To investigate a
granite block (heat engine)which often leads to large deposits of refractory gold. In Gansu right in the middle of the Quingling fault.
Negotiated leases with Perth backing and 4 years later they were sold for 175mill."

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

What an arrogant pedlar of fake news you are, smartypants.

The "misdemeanours" in Australia were NOT "alleged" as enfranglais documents in his post. Regarding the Gansu gold deposit as enfranglais points out the CICR AIM admission document of 2010 shows that neither CICR, or SB, had any interest in this gold deposit by the time it was sold for US$175m.

Will you now apologise, oh wise one, for spreading fake news, like any decent human being would do?

Just the sort of person that you want to be at the heart of a listing process that relies on the word 'Trust'.

Brilliant posts, delta and enfranglais. So, smartypants, enfranglais has posted the evidence (AIM admission document) that proves that CICR/CICC and SB NEVER benefited from that US$175 sale of that Gansu gold deposit. Time you updated your records, spartypants and improved your research methods!

"Negotiated leases with Perth backing and 4 years later they were sold for 175mill."

And CICR/CICC shareholders didn't benefit at all, smartypants. Not even to the extent of one cent! Even though this Gansu deposit was at one time an asset held by CICR! There was a Canadian equivalent of an RNS issued for CICR back around 12 years ago to that effect. SB is a magician. He says the magic word, abracadabra and it's gone! LOL.

PS was SB still involved with this Gansu deposit when it was sold back around 8 years ago? I have my doubts. CICR/CICC definitely wasn't and the company who sold the deposit (the name escapes me, but it was mentioned years ago on this, or the CICC bb) didn't mention SB as a shareholder in their official communique (again that was posted on here, or the CICC bb). You need to be a bit more sceptical of what SB states, smartypants. You are rather too gullible. I suspect SB/CICR sold out for a pittance, compared to the US$175m it was eventually sold for, before the Gansu licence was proven to contain gold.

Pants - As well as Stewpid, it seems you also need a dictionary, as the "misdemeanours in Aus" are not "alleged" but are a matter of COURT RECORD!!!!!!!!!!!
Diddy - Interesting Panorama last night on a certain fund manager & the incompetence/lack of powers of the FCA!!!! Would be interesting to have an in depth program about Stewpid & i am sure there would be a queue of ex. auditors, partners, NOMAD`s etc who would delight in spilling the beans?!!!!!! Wonder if a financial journalist would even bother with a "small pond life" though?!!!!!!!!

Now that is a matter of record from my research and whatever you think of Stewie he would make a better dinner guest than you miserable lot. Who's idea of risk and adventure is probably walking the dog or playing video games, or more to the point finding an individual to focus bile and hatred on. It's eating you up more than him.

You have a "troll" called, manc10, stalking you, enfranglais. :-). What have you done to upset him? :-) Looking at his posts "troll" seems to be his favourite word as he mentions it so often.

Never never land continues on CICCapital, as "supposed" income chart arrives, heavily "redacted", so not worth the space it takes!!!!!!!!! Even puts a "paltry" value to CICGold shares held but after all these years, we do not know if it is another Stewpid "fairytale", or even what (if any), assets it holds!!!!!!!!!
Perhaps Stewpid Companies all have "black holes", where assets that have been talked about previously, mysteriously disappear, never to be heard of again!!!!!!!!
Some seem to be counted twice & we don`t know the details of the contracts they relate to!!!! We ALL remember the income that NEVER WAS - NEVER NEVER LAND AHOY!!!!!

The June 2017 RNS promised that CICG, CIC Capital & CIC Capital Fund would all list on a recognised exchange by the end of August 2017. Did any of them list? Of course NOT.

Because of the above if I was a betting man I'd suggest that the odds of any of CICG, CIC Capital, or CIC Capital Fund listing this year, or next year, is NEGLIGABLE! Odds of 100 to 1 AGAINST at least!

Fatboy is too tarnished to bother reading yet another set of 'accounts'. If there were an audit trail from the assets of the original company to now, there would at least be context. Fatboy should never be allowed to list a company.

"It would seem Mac and I and some others get regular emails"

Why do you, macnai and some others get regular emails, sparty? That doesn't sound like normal company behaviour to me. Why are you favoured with supposedly "inside" information, whilst other shareholders are not, sparty? Surely if that is the only way the company can inform shareholders (which I somehow doubt) then shouldn't the company stop doing it and keep silent?

Remember, sparty, actions speak louder than words. Shouldn't SB concentrate on getting CIC Capital, CICG and CIC Capital Fund listed again rather than feed information to a favoured few? It appears to me that you and macnai are rather gullible fantasists.

The “Panama Pump” Money Laundering Scheme — Cash skimmed from Crazy Eddie before its initial public offering was laundered back into the company after it went public to inflate revenues and reported profits.

Pants - The "model", as you call it, would seem to be accumulating losses, duping so called investors by the transfer of funds between Companies & no one can explain a "model" based on assisting/advising others how to list on a recognised exchange, when they have not achieved the same thing in 5 years of aborted attempts?!!!!!!!!!
We all keep records & nothing describes Stewpid better than the Australian magistrate did at his trial!!!!!!!!!!!

You keep using the word duped.. No one existing shareholder has been asked for more cash and nor will they.It would seem Mac and I and some others get regular emails. I had three yesterday but not all are suitable for posting.
When /IF / we list some may finally understand the construction of the model and why the accounts are set out like they are. They are perfectly clear to me.
Meanwhile your continued interest baffles me. Personal vendettas carried out by the usual crew on here only destroy the perpetrators, they have no effect on Stuart as he told me yesterday. He does however keep records of the personal attacks.
