Non-executive director appointment

WEDNESDAY, 10 January 2007 -- ChoicesUK plc announces the appointment of Michael
de Kare-Silver to the Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr de Kare-Silver has substantial experience of new technologies, web-based
marketing and the retail industry.

He has been a non-executive director of WIN plc since 2004 and was a
non-executive director of Thus Group plc from 2000 to 2006. Previously he worked
at Great Universal Stores plc where he was responsible for the Argos and
Experian web businesses and served on the Board between 1999 and 2000 as the
director responsible for e-commerce.

His early career started in the early 1980s with Slaughter & May where he
qualified as a solicitor after which he worked for Proctor & Gamble in sales and
marketing. He subsequently moved into management consultancy with McKinsey
before establishing his own marketing strategy consultancy, Kalchas, which was
merged with CSC in 1997.
