company, was notified yesterday that following the recent Placing, Morgan
Stanley International is now interested in 3,380,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company which represents 12.26% of the total issued share capital of the
Company. These shares are held for the beneficial ownership of Long Chart
Investments Limited.
