                     Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

China Medstar Limited ('China Medstar' or 'the Company'), announces that the
Company is convening an Extraordinary  General Meeting ('EGM') of shareholders
on Thursday, 12th April 2007 at 2.00 p.m. at 2001-2002, Tower A, Global Trade 
Center, 36 North Third Ring Road East, Dongcheng District, Beijing 100013,
People's Republic of China.

The purpose of the EGM is to consider and, if thought fit, to approve the
appointment of Messrs BDO Raffles, Singapore  as the auditors of the Company for
the financial year ended 31st December 2006 in place of Messrs Jee Ah Chian & 
Company, Singapore, who had tendered their resignation as the auditors of the
Company.

A copy of the Notice of EGM and the Form of Proxy have been sent to the
Company's shareholders and are available for  inspection at the registered
office of the Company, 80 Robinson Road, #11-02, Singapore 068898.

To participate in the EGM, all proxy forms should be returned to Nanyang Law
LLC, 80 Robinson Road, #11-02, Singapore  068898, marked for the attention of Mr
Ng Kim Tean OR to the Company's Registrars, Computershare Investor Services 
(Channel Islands) Limited, 31 Pier Road, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PW, marked for
the attention of Mrs Gilda Berimbau and  must be received no later than 10.00
a.m. Tuesday, 10th April 2007. Any proxies received after this time will not be 
eligible to vote.

Shareholders should be aware that the Company intends to publish its audited
results for the financial year ended  31 December 2006 in May 2007.
