18/5/2009 17:14 | Carping It as to be an inside job, also their is a couple of directors on site also how convenient, i can't believe how lapse the security is, also very convenient in them knowing how high grade the ore is , but know way for us to prove it, i wonder if they will use this excuse again. | chestnuts
18/5/2009 17:00 | bushtuckaman - How convienient that the grades shot up and they got robbed? inside job? | carpingtris
18/5/2009 16:56 | I agree, a 'full metal jacket' would be the most appropriate medicine for the 'sticky fingered brigade', that said they have enabled me to bring my average down a little ;-) They clearly need to get the security tightened up with this increasing amount of gold coming out of the mines. Rampaging mobs of armed bandits is not going to encourage investment. Need to get all the mines and processing plants up and running again asap. Interesting to note how the grades going through the plants have doubled in the last month and a half. | bushtuckaman
18/5/2009 16:08 | Fraid they don't execute people in China til they've found a buyer for the organs. | eric76
18/5/2009 16:02 | and make sure the relatives pay for the bullets | timanglin
18/5/2009 15:59 | Let's hope they install some CCTV and get a few armed guards in now. A few summary executions "pour encourager les autres" wouldn't go amiss either ;-) | jono123
18/5/2009 15:49 | Bush tucker I had a brain storm you are right. I will edit my posts. | chestnuts

18/5/2009 15:46 | 1000g/ton is 1 kilo per ton 5 tons nicked = 5 kilos £100,000 maybe? | jono123
18/5/2009 15:44 | Try your maths again chesnut. The contained gold in the stolen ore was worth around $150k. | bushtuckaman
18/5/2009 15:31 | Hi-eric 50 robbers is a lot ,especially if they are locals,I will wait for now,if they work at the mine, that's a lot of workers gone, and bad feeling all round. | p@
18/5/2009 15:31 | They,ll be shut before that happens and the locals take possesion.Load of old flannel in the RNS.Its just a big set up and its the good old shareholders who will end up taking a bath.Lets see what happens over the next few months....imho Tiny position i had in case i was wrong now sold.No doubt about the eventual outcome here.Good luck to remaining holders. | pineapple1
18/5/2009 15:25 | Hi p@ I got out after your warning too and have only watched since. Beginning to get interested at these levels though as I agree with ducatiman that they'll get over these issues in time. Guess there'll be some dilution to come but with an £8 million market cap theres still room for profit if they get it right after that. | eric76
18/5/2009 15:24 | Bushtuckman 5 tons x 1000gt = $100k Major security breach on 15 / 16 May 2009 resulting in theft of at least 5 tonnes of high grade ore (>1,000g/t); This news that they are getting this amount of gold out in just 2 weeks is very encouraging for the bandits as they will soon become millionaires after a couple of months. | chestnuts
18/5/2009 15:12 | Well done GB,I didn't get the best price, but it looks like it came to pass in the end. | p@
18/5/2009 15:08 | not selling at this level, may buy though, longer term they should get round these problems. | ducatiman
18/5/2009 15:08 | p@ - a very timely mention and one that I took notice of at the time. | gb904150
18/5/2009 14:54 | p@ - 4 Feb'09 - 11:07 - 2254 of 2781 edit Eric- I have now sold out of these before my loss is too great,I feel that maybe the Chinese artisans feel they have some rights over the gold being mined, and this is affecting the shareprice. IMO. | p@
18/5/2009 14:53 | Chestnuts, eerm where did you get the figure of $5m from??? | bushtuckaman
