China Biodiesel International Holding Co., Ltd. ("the Company") 
Result of AGM 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the 
Company held today, all the resolutions were duly passed. 
 
The Board would like to confirm that shareholders have approved the final 
dividend of RMB 0.0253 per share for the year ended 31 December 2009. Mr Ye, 
Executive Chairman of the Company and beneficial owner of 33,772,875 shares (or 
74.4 per cent. of the current issued share capital), has opted not to take up 
his dividend entitlement.
