                             Director Shareholdings 
The Company has been informed that on 11 February 2010, Huodong Ye, Chairman of 
the Company, purchased 860,875 ordinary shares of $0.01 pence each in the 
Company ('Ordinary Share') at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share, from China 
Strategy Investment Management Co., Ltd. Following this purchase, Mr. Huodong Ye 
has a total beneficial and non-beneficial holding of 33,772,875 Ordinary Shares, 
representing 74.37 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
