I'm all for bear points being expressed. But that's not what you're doing. You're just deramping, otherwise you'd state your case and bog off, perhaps stating it again in a few weeks if you feel so strongly you know much more about this company than everyone else, who can't be trusted to make their own decisions.

As to the fundraising scare - always a fave with derampers.

Of course growing companies raise cash - that's exactly what the stock market is for. Companies issue paper, get cash, invest the cash and make a profit and build a valuable company.

Cash issues have a short term negative effect on the price, and current holders have to rise it out. The cash raise s enable transformation from tiny cap to small cap, small cap to mid cap, mid cap to large cap. Without fund raises, startups go nowhere. So invest, and expect a cash raise (which is always likely in any small cap), expect the price to be temporarily set back a bit, and expect the price ro rise much further than it would ever have done without a cash raise.

The cash raise/dilution deramp is moot, it's a couple of weeks setback in exchange for longer term higher growth and share price.

I mistakenly overlooked the former and focused on just the latter. My bad. Apparently this mistake is so grievous that you seem to feel it disqualifies me altogether, rather than what it is: a small mistake that does nothing to negate all of information I have provided here, in particular that which makes a mockery of your consistent pile of misinformation and lies. So while you continue to blather on about my ONE, apparently huge, apparently unforgivable oversight, did i also make up that you had this company shut down a year ago by one of a half dozen regulators? That you claimed a sale and return policy that doesn't exist and then DEMANDED that I prove a negative by proving that this assertion you simply made up was not true? That you ignore sales numbers in front of your face and then make 'predictions' for the year that are a fraction of what has already been announced for one quarter? That you had no idea how AATAC works and have consistently lied about the distribution deal the company have with them? That you have never acknowledged that there was a pandemic that shut down most retail outlets around the US for the better part of all of 2020, clearly delaying zoe's massive rollout but also making their current rollout trend that puts them into 3500 shops already all the more impressive? Need I go on? No, though I clearly could. So, if 'herbgate' is some huge gotcha moment for me, where does your near infinite record of lies, dissembling and downright stupidity leave you?

again good inside knowledge Echo - if only the management team could discuss their future financing plans collectively to all market investors as opposed to selective disclosure to individuals like you. All that knowledge seems to have given you a real edge this year on calling the right direction. ;-)
