27/5/2005 11:01 | It does look like they want shares. Two days ago if 1K of shares were sold the price would have dropped by 0:05 or 0:08p. pc | pc4900074200
27/5/2005 08:10 | It is interesting to see how the price is moving forward on zero transactions. Is there a T buy in the system or are the MMs just well short of stock?? | aspex

15/5/2005 21:00 | I understand Chelford gets a mention in The Business also. 'AIM Investor: Andrew Griffiths says buy Chelford where the recovery is under way and the shares look good value for a growth IT business.' | aspex

12/5/2005 12:57 | It makes one wonder why people sell when the company is clearly not slowing its growth. Aspex: Galen was renamed Warner Chalcott, not taken over. Warner Chalcott was then bought. | silverfern
12/5/2005 07:04 | Statement for issue to the AGM: RNS Number:1908M Chelford Group PLC 12 May 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12 May 2005 Chelford Group plc ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: TRADING UPDATE Chelford Group plc ("Chelford"), the IT enterprise and supply chain software and services company, is holding its Annual General Meeting today. William Birkett, Chairman, will give the following update on trading: "I am pleased to report that Chelford has continued its excellent progress of 2004 into 2005. Order intake to date is ahead of last year and the new business pipeline is strong across the business. Significant new contracts include Pharmaceutical Development and Manufacturing Services (pharmaceuticals) for the SSI Division and Supercook (food) for the SAP Division. The mix of business has enabled staff utilisation to be improved and higher day rates are holding up well. Operationally, the SAP Division management structure has been strengthened and we have begun to invest in SAP solutions to meet the needs of new vertical markets. "Given the performance of the business in the current financial year and the strength of the new business pipeline for both the SSI and SAP Divisions, the Board anticipates an outcome for the full year in line with its expectations and is confident of the Group's prospects." | aspex
11/5/2005 23:27 | Interesting that PDMS is a Galen offshoot and the solution chosen includes Oracle financials rather than SAP. Galen was taken over by Warner Chilcott and subsequently has gone private. Is PDMS part of that deal??? It would be good if it has a run on effect to other business. | aspex
11/5/2005 17:13 | More business for the SSI Division but today the price drops!!! | largeman
10/5/2005 17:55 | that's fine just keep on going down I'll make more on the way back up | money4me
04/5/2005 14:23 | One sell trade and the price drops 14p!!! What's going on? | largeman
01/5/2005 02:47 | Way back in the dark ages, I bought a very small number at 275p equivalent and have seen both 40p and 315p (I think those are the numbers) Fortunately the bulk came to account at 75p so I shall stick out for 300p. My one caution is that with outside influences like the recent Msft/SAP deal some of the business may be harder to get. On the other hand it may also mean new opportunities. | aspex
29/4/2005 14:15 | yes I'm not going to sell at the moment but can't hold on forever - would like to see some return as I ought @212p | money4me
29/4/2005 13:46 | Again price trickling down for no reason. No need for it! I dont care anyway not a chance of selling - in fact I'll be pushing it to a few people I know at these levels. | bernieboy
