CHARM Finance PLC announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial

Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018.

A copy of the accounts has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will

shortly be available for inspection at: [please add link]

CHARM Finance PLC also announces that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed Crowe UK LLP as its external auditor.

The company's former auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP have resigned as auditor of the Company following completion of the 31 December 2018 audit. They did not participate in the tender due to the policy adopted on rotation of auditors by the Company's parent: the Church of England Pensions Board.
