Well that at least explains where they got the idea from (announced two days before seeking re-election......). Yet they failed to do any deal previously, spent 150k and got CCAP suspended. And PIRES was supposed to IPO Low6 in the first half of 2021 too. Not exactly setting the world alight these guys are they. Begs the question, what exactly do they do for their fees?

Director at CCAP also.

If they can pull off the RTO here then both Piri and RGO will also get a payday , as will CCAP

It's all connected , suspect the RTO all being well will occur toward end year

Note : if all goes well then matters not if deal passes 6 mth time frame. The readmission docs to AIM are in essence the same be that before or after the cut off date .

I have just received the following from Greg by e mail so clarification for all: If the transaction drags on beyond October and the delisting date, it will not affect your shareholding as the transaction constitutes a reapplication to AIM (by virtue of the RTO).

So as I see it we have shares in the company. If the RTO is not completed within the six months as Greg has stated they re apply to AIM. At that point we still have shares in company, so surely our holdings would be readmitted in the new application. Does anyone know the correct position ?

I think Smarttech247 is the company upon which many over at RDGC were pinning their hopes prior to the Blue Air deal
