The Board of Chariot announces that they received formal notification on 25
September 2007 from Barclays plc that, as at 24 September 2007, Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd had an indirect interest in 4,204,041 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company representing 5.92% of the current issued share capital
of the Company.
