RNS Number:8490L Chariot (UK) PLC 16 January 2008 For immediate release 16 January 2008 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company") Board appointments The Board of Chariot is pleased to today announce the appointments of Peter Townsend and Martin Eberhardt as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Peter Townsend is a major shareholder and director of FBI Media Investments Limited ("FBI"), a major shareholder of Chariot. As at 15 January 2008, FBI are interested in 20,750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Chariot representing 29.24% of the issued share capital of the Company. FBI Media Limited, which wholly owns FBI and for which Peter is Chief Executive Officer, is a company whose primary business is in developing and operating a commercial media platform located within the national youth club arena. From 1993 to 2003, Peter was Finance Director of L&C Auto Services Ltd ("L&C"), an owner and operator of BMW dealerships in the South of England. L&C was sold to Inchcape plc, the international automotive services group, in August 2003 for a consideration of £12.0 million. Peter is also a non-executive director of Match Day Media Limited, an owner and operator of plasma TV screens installed in the concourses of a number of English football grounds. Martin Eberhardt qualified as a chartered accountant with Touche Ross in 1985. He spent 10 years with KPMG in senior management positions. Since 1997, Martin has been a director of a number of main market and AIM listed companies. He is currently Chief Executive and acting Finance Director of Hollywood Media Services plc, an AIM-listed company, Non-Executive Chairman of Merchant House Group Plc and a non-executive director of a number of unlisted companies.
