Investalvirgin, there will be more announcements that is guaranteed.

The next RNS that CFU holders will be praying for is to say that CFU have appointed a new Nominated Advisor, if that one does not arrive then the next certain RNS will be to say CFU is being delisted from AIM.

They might issue an RNS on fund raising before a UK Nominated Advisor is appointed, but that does not guarantee that a UK Nominated Advisor will be appointed, it just makes it a bit more likely.

I'm assuming there is another announcement due, otherwise if the last was it then surely the suspension would have been lifted. Aussi stock exchange open Friday night (wasn't it?). ...excuse my ignorance if it wasn't.

Have been in and out of these for years and dumped my holding back in 2009 at much higher level than here.
Took another nominal holding in 2010(for emotional reasons)but when they had the fundraising @4p I flagged on here concerns about the guys running the company.
1,558,730,000 shares in issue says it all really.

Looks like the broker has lost all confidence in CFU and thrown the towel in. That is usually the reason for brokers quiting on companies. Maybe the fund raising is as I had predicted, a large chunk of stock going to the Chinese supplier and heavy dilution for regular investors that were diluted enough just 7 months ago.

At least the stock is suspended so it can't go down .... or at least not until the day they take it out of suspension!!

A stock cannot trade without a nomad, therefore they have to suspend trading.

They have suspended trading , I think, so that if any info leaks out, while they are planning some clever plan.... nobody can actually trade until the official announcement.

An order for Hydrogen fuel cells? Since when have CFCL been making Hydrogen fuel cells?

And is the resignation of the adviser the reason why the shares have been temporarily suspended or is there another announcement to come?

Why don't they tell us what's happening?

Well, just to remind you, only 2 weeks ago we had

"The Company has been exploring a number of financing options and is now in discussions with a number of financial investors regarding an investment which it expects to finalise before the end of the month. The Company will make an announcement about the outcome of these discussions, and give a further update on its finances, when the discussions are concluded."

CFU obviously in need of financial input. The only question now is whether they have got it or not and under what terms......
