                               Management Changes



As reported in the recent Chairman's statement issued with the Interim Accounts,
Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company") has been developing
plans to reduce its overheads by the end of the financial year ending 30
September 2007.



In connection with this it has been agreed that Keith Davis, Supply Chain
Director will be leaving the Company at the end of the financial year.
Additionally, Iwan Rees, OEM Sales Director will leave the Company by the end of
the financial year.



Over the past two years there has been a consolidation in the Company's supplier
base, assisted by the opening of a purchasing and supplier liaison office in
Hong Kong and the introduction of new purchasing systems.  It is the view of the
Board that there is no longer the need for a dedicated supply director at Board
level.



Similarly, over the past two years much has been accomplished initiating
discussions with a number of new customers.  In view of the decision to reduce
costs, the Board has decided these discussions and hoped for future contracts
can be taken to their conclusion by the remaining executive management team,
Chris Rhodes, Chief Executive and Mike Harrison, Finance Director, supported by
others already in the Company.



In light of this, the Board has decided to strengthen the Company's structure
through the promotion of Mick Attridge, Engineering Manager to Technical
Director; a role that will encompass: product development, programme management
and quality.



Chairman, Ernst Kastner stated, "I would like to thank both Keith and Iwan for
their commitment to the organisation and the pivotal roles that they have played
in the restructuring of the business.  They take with them my sincerest thanks
for their hard work and dedication in establishing a framework for Centurion's
future.  I would also like to welcome Mick Attridge to a much deserved senior
role within the organisation which will further increase the Company's focus on
the tactical deployment of emerging technologies".
