                        Directorate Change - Resignation 
 
The board of directors of CAG ('the Board') announces that Bryce Fort has 
resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, with immediate effect, to 
pursue other interests. 
 
The Board will immediately commence an executive search process to identify and 
appoint a suitably qualified non-executive director
