Chill (CHLL) to launch their first vape products this Quarter into a vape market expected to be worth $50+ billion within a few years, and expect to onboard 20+ third party brands to their online marketplace (Chill.com) by year end from which they will earn commission on sales.

Chill could be back over 100p for a 25x bagger.

Interview with Chill CEO, 2/1/2023:

5 min 5 sec onwards:

"So why do I think Chill is on the cusp of starting to generate improved revenues, why do I think we are getting to a position hopefully sooner rather than later of being cash flow positive? Its because we’ve now got projects in vape and marketplace [Chill.com] that are scaleable and in demand, by the market and consumers, that we can tap with resources that we already have without spending too much additional capital...I think you end up with a much better proposition than we perhaps had in the past…

In a year’s time I’d like to have at least 20 brands [third party brands onboarded to Chill.com website]...although I think we could do more, its very scaleable and we’ve got a good number that are interested already...at least 12 or 13 that we are speaking with right now and that are very engaged. Beyond that its revenue for us without having to take the upfront risk of carrying inventory, or having to do product development...I think we stand a better chance of making a significant revenue figure from marketplace [Chill.com] than just continuing down the same track trying to sell only our gummies, pouches and smokes.

Where do I want to see Chill in a year? I’d like to see our vape products as far and wide as they can be – In Ski resorts, bars and clubs; in stores, dispensaries and vape shops; online on Chill.com. I [also] want the marketplace [Chill.com] to be seen as a go to desired destination for [third party] brands to sell their products.

We currently have 3 brands in the UK interested in joining Chill.com...we also have a European brand that’s looking to onboard with us...Our intention is to onboard brands in both the US and UK...Its something I believe has a lot of upside. The fact we have the dual jurisdiction footprint means brands from the US can be introduced to the UK...equally brands that are in the UK can start selling in the US on Chill.com...and it provides us with a way to make money through our commissions on those sales, but it also gives them a simplified route to eCommerce in a country they may never have entered before."

(Interviewer – “Based on 20 companies onboarded [to Chill.com] I cannot see you would be in a situation where you were not EBITDA positive, when effectively all the costs were already taken care of...very positive from that...The vapes, as you have said before I think, could be a ‘hero product’ and its going to be a game changer. It could literally produce the revenue to make the company profitable within a couple of months, and that’s I suppose the exciting thing...”.)

"We’ve got a number of projects with the seeds. They are coming out of what hopefully will be their final year of testing. Following that, we believe they will be added to the European Seed Catalogue, which will enable us to start commercialising them, selling them there... At the same time we have a number of projects in the US where people are very keen to adopt and use seeds that have the characteristics that are very desired in certain projects that won’t necessarily run to the same sort of CBD products and isolate manufacturing that you might no perhaps expect...there are a few quite exciting projects waiting in the wings there that hopefully we can pull-off...

Of course, marketplace [Chill.com] and vape remain our clearest paths to revenue at this stage and that’s what we are pursuing most aggressively. Just on those vapes, we are already taking calls from retailers who are interested and to be clear, they are asking us, not the other way around."

(Interviewer – "I can’t see how you would not sell a reasonable quantity of them [vapes]…".)
