Imho these guys are looking to make some serious dosh. I am looking forward to hearing news of the company they intend to reverse into. Will be an interesting and I hope profitable ride.

All I know is that they raised £170,000 and had £250,000 already.


Description of business
CCO Capital Plc has been formed for the purpose of identifying and, thereafter, acquiring a company or business in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. The intention is that such company or business would benefit from the additional managerial and capital input which CCO Capital Plc will be able to provide and which will be able to achieve rapid growth following such input. The Directors believe that, collectively, the board of CCO Capital plc possesses the expertise necessary to identify an investment opportunity which has the potential to achieve significant, sustainable growth and which satisfies the investment criteria detailed below. Upon Admission, CCO Capital Plc will have no trading investments or subsidiaries.
The funds raised by the Placing are intended to be applied in carrying due diligence on target businesses. Additional funds may need to be raised to fund acquisitions and to provide follow-on funding for those investments which have been made. A number of potential targets have been identified although there is no guarantee that any negotiations will lead to the completion of an investment.

it opened notionally at 10-12. My first purchase was done at 13p just after 8.00 this morning so I don't know if anyone picked any up at 12p.

I have picked up 100k in CCO in the hope of some exciting times ahead.

I have just looked at the Perspective Capital plc AIM announcement and it is the same team as CCO. Probably getting on AIM before the rules change. If these small cash shells are stopped by the AIM Team could be the time to invest it them.

Yet another cash shell launched onto AIM.

However the board are heavy hitters with years of experience of working with quoted companies. Chris Callaway has worked in the city for over 30 years. He was director at ANZ Merchant Bank, a partner at Coopers Lybrand and director of Beeson Gregory and following the takeover, Evolution Group. Chris Callaway is on the board as Chairman. Charles Fairbairn, FD, was on the board of Pearson Plc and is currently non-exec director of Bright Things Plc, Imagesound and Statpro Group Plc. Oded Zucker is non- exec director and was senior consultant to Edmond de Rothschild Private Banking.
