                                Grant of options 
 
CBG Group plc, the Manchester based insurance broker and financial services 
specialist, announces the grant under the Company's Enterprise Management 
Incentive Scheme 2003 of options ('the EMI scheme') to subscribe for new 
Ordinary Shares, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria, in 
each case at 48.0p at any time between 5 May 2013 and 4 August 2020 to certain 
directors.
