A loss making business is a loss making business .............with 9 million of debt.
Thats all anyone needs to know, inc Kestrel.

Kestrel are not acting just for kestrel they are a mixture of funds within funds and a net worther no doubt.
They sell sometimes and have in the past but they also buy.

It is suggested on here they are buying up the slack from oppie so the price doesnt crater ...............more than it already has that is.

Again who cares.
You invest based on the metrics and the metrics are bad.
Its as simple as.
If you wanna get involved in a Kestrel v Everyone who wants a dump battle then there are plenty of those on AIM.
Its all about the bottom line.
Is this loss making company thats carrying circa 9 mill in debt which has had several failures along the way and who has had 2 DIRECTORS quit suddenly with no explanation whatsoever ,one of them very recently is this company , is SUCH a company worth its staggering 52mill mkt cap.
The clear answer is .............................NO.

As someone said earlier why bother , who needs this cr''p.
There are better value and growth opportunities out there for people to throw their cash at.
Why throw it at this brick wall and watch it slide down to the bottom.
Too much risk not enough upside.
They have it all to prove and so far have proved they CANT.
Who wants to hang around twiddling thumbs whilst they try and squeeze a small profit out of a NICHE market in which they make small margins.

Make your money make money instead of making it make stress and hassle.
Thats my vie

This is getting boring, you could have said this morning that you have nothing.. Folks might as well switch this off. No news here..

Oxford Technology VCT 4 Chairman David Livesley noted minor rises in the value of some of the fund's portfolio companies had been more than offset by a fall in the share price of Castleton Technology PLC over the period

WHO IS SELLING

WHY ARE THEY SO INTENT ON THIS NON STOP DUMPING.

ARE THE ACCOUNTS IN ORDER.???

WHY IS SMIFFY STEPPING DOWN.

WHY DO DIRECTORS KEEP LEAVING SUDDENLY AND WITH NO EXPLANATION.

WHY TAKE ON 365 STAFF AND COSTS WHEN IT HAS NO OTHER MARKETPLACE

ARE THEY DISTANCING THEMSELVES FROM THIS £18M TURNOVER MICRO MINNOW ?

IS IT REALLY WORTH A LISTING

WHY ARE ALL RELATED COMPANIES A DISASTER ZONE

IS IT TRUE THAT A LOT OF HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS ARE NOT HAPPY

WHY ARE MARGINS FALLING

And anything else I can think off at the time.............

Whats that ? you would like to see it again ?
Aye nae bother .........
Here its here.

Here is what renowned ex accountant and share analyst and commentator Paul Scott had to say about CTP shares yesterday.
As its old news I hope he wont mind me repeating it here....

CTP the interim figures announced today look encouraging, until you look at the balance sheet, which looks very weak to me. NAV of £15.4m drops to negative -£18.4m after the £33.8m intangibles are written off.

Working capital seems very weak, with a current ratio of 0.55.

Note the deferred income, and borrowings are both quite high. So it looks like a business that is funded from favourable working capital (i.e. getting cash in from customers before it has to pay cash out), plus debt - that all looks a bit too precarious for my taste. So it's not for me.

The share buying public can see this for what it is its a BUSTED FLUSH.

Its BEEN and GONE.

Had its day in the sun and has now retired to Clacton.

This is a diseased share , bereft of life..............shuffled off this mortal coil.
