So for clarity, what you're now saying is in addition to the fraudulent activity suggested re.RCN, MXC as the people who brought CTP to market as cornerstone investors supported in that regard by Kestrel, are now selling without notification as required whilst Kestrel is buying.

We have also seen from the Equities First scam/scandal that people can pretend to be buying when in fact they had sold the lot!!
Thats just one of the dodgy moves we see on AIM.

CTP looks best of the bunch and most likely to return value.

Oh but it effects CTP a lot.
CTP has managed to go under the radar for now but no more.
People are now watching Smith and Weaver like hawks.
The knives are out.
CTP simply did not get enough turnover and at 18-20 mill per year is simply to small and in a niche market will take a thousand years to scale up to any worthwhile amount.
Its simply not worth a listing
I think they have realised this and are backing out.
INC mxcp.
I think its happening now.
And the RCN fiasco is or has caused the guards to discover the tunnel.
They may have a few tunnels on the go but now have to be verrrrrryyyyyyyyy careful.
Just my opinion garnerd from my research n chats :)

I think that's a very fair summary. Unknown is how the current loose estimates will firm up and what could just possibly follow - and RCN will have to take the opportunity if need be to square up completely.
But all that business of no consequence to CTP.
