The Board of Caspian Energy Inc., an oil and gas exploration company operating
in Kazakhstan, notes the recent movement in its share price. Drilling activity continues on the Baktygaryn ž703 exploration well and has
not yet reached the target zone. The well is
currently at a depth of 2,391m and the Company is continuing to drill through the salt overhang towards the Permian target. A further
