11/5/2007 11:12 | tim - migrate over! rmart is not posting and can't update the header. I brought the situation to zengas' attention and that's worth something. I like having the aus charts in the header, that's why I made the other thread. I'll try to accommodate any other requests for the header. Also the thread name reflects the dual listing. If the company does a massive fundraising and changes its name e.g. to Energo Oil and Gas, then we can start another thread again. | chopsy

11/5/2007 11:03 | There is someone with a big buy order out there still. 1m dumped and still some pretty large( for cpnr) buys going through...Our buyer ain`t finished yet!! Can we decide which thread we are going to use please?? tim | nicebut
11/5/2007 10:56 | Pew got to go out for 2 hours will be blue when i get back. | curlly
11/5/2007 10:52 | back to par curly. | chopsy
11/5/2007 10:52 | Hope you are right curlly. I don't think zengas is quite sold on the situation, and for good reasons, let's just hope that Max Danishevski has something really hot up his sleeve. I believe he probably had a Russian acquisition lined up all along, before even forming Energo, and effectively reverse t/o of CPNR. He just needed the listed vehicle to enable the fundraising. Might even change the name. Eddie Smith no longer on the board. Danishevski is well connected. Bring on the parcel! Can't be long now. "OOO xxx". When this happened at MTA, the stake and the acquisition were all announced at the same time. Maybe they are waiting for the price to form a new plateau so they can issue the shares at around 6p and the convertible loan notes at around 8p. Just like MTA/IEC there will have to be a series of share issues over the next two years, and to pull it off they will have to be at ever higher prices. Just a gut feeling, but this could be 50p by Xmas 08. IMHO, DYOR. | chopsy
11/5/2007 10:51 | obviously the 'herd' mentality is different in Perth than it is here!! | cezary
11/5/2007 10:50 | Selling is probably due to the fact that this has doubled. So people sell half, which gets back their original stake and then continue with the other free half. | woggles
11/5/2007 10:49 | Curly, ye and we'r down. So what, I unloaded lst night just on that big spike. So am slowly clawing back losses bit at a time. Yes I know what I said about trading it in Aus but the £25 settlement fee puts me of. | cinoib
11/5/2007 10:41 | There was no herd selling in oz overnight up 18% | curlly
11/5/2007 10:38 | isnt the selling off due to it being friday and the 'herd' normally sell on fridays?? | cezary
11/5/2007 10:37 | That 1000000 i would say was a sell and the reason for the pull back in the share price, Imo we will be blue by close. | curlly
11/5/2007 10:34 | I fell we still have more upside to come | curlly
11/5/2007 10:31 | Maybe the dip wont be too deep, ticked up again. | chopsy
11/5/2007 10:30 | ZENGAS - 11 May'07 - 09:36 - 3839 of 3841 doughboy66 There's 134.38m shares currently. Add 110m that Energo are subscribing for at 2.7p. Add 20m in private placement at 2.7p. Total 254.38m shares @ 6.375p = mkt cap of £16.21m. (not £8.4m) Cash on the books is £650k (less £100k out for q3) = £550k. Cash from fundraisings = £3.2m. Will leave £3.75m. Considering that they hope to acquire gas & oil interests in either Russia, Middle East or Kazhakstan - i'd expect them to acquire these by issuing shares. Their share of a small producing asset generates £250k quarterly but is cancelled out by operating costs at present. chopsy - 11 May'07 - 10:29 - 3841 of 3841 edit Zen - nice to see you over here. The other thread has the aus charts in the header. I did not expect the profit tking to start so suddenly, perhaps that's down to your reasoned analysis. Did you buy some, or are you sticking to MTA for the moment. It certainly looks worth waiting for some of the froth to settle here. | chopsy

11/5/2007 08:23 | Curlly, Shares never go up in a straight line, this will be no different, we will have disappointing down days to come.....My target is 15p initially on old info, I do not expect to get there without a few hiccups on the way.. My advice, FWIW, is don`t be greedy and you are never wrong to take a profit, however small!! I hold 1.6m of these now. And a few T-20 tardes. someone else likes the new management too, DYOR ETc Tim | nicebut
