    DIRECTOR'S DEALING


    Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces that it was notified today that Mr Antony William Paul
Sage, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 440,000 ordinary shares on 27 October 2008 off-market from an unrelated party for the
consideration of A$88,000 and 620,000 on 24 October 2008, 605,000 on 27 October 2008, and 775,000 on 28 October 2008 on market for a
combined consideration of A$380,183.72.

    Following the above transactions, Mr Sage's beneficial interest in the Company is as set out below:

Partnership, of which Okewood Pty Ltd is a member, a company which Mr Sage has a relevant interest.
