Musk also stated sharing patents in goodwill. CPX taking Tesla to court could hardly been seen as goodwill. As for a takeover there is nothing to takeover apart from second hand plant. CPX are stuck in a business that generates very little margin and high probability of failure of their products. If they had been more ambitious they could have got on the battery band wagon.

I think its a good thing that the costly court proceedings have been halted. Maybe Capxx are clearing the decks for a takeover bid?

CPX now valued at £5million, I suspect a takeover will now be on the table seeing the contracts that start early next year plus we have the production facility, not forgetting the valuable IP that’s in date with the correct details!
