Capital Hospitals (Holdings) Limited is the owner of Capital Hospitals Limited and Capital Hospitals (Issuer) PLC. These three companies constitute the Capital Hospitals group of companies (together, "CHL")

Following the publication of Capital Hospitals (issuer) plc's Directors' Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018, CHL wish to notify that due to additional information requests from the statutory auditors, arising from regulatory changes to the audit approach for the year ended 31 December 2018, it has not been possible to finalise and approve the statutory financial statements in respect of Capitals Hospitals Holdings Limited and Capital Hospitals Limited by 30 June 2018 as required by the obligations set out in the Collateral Deed.

CHL has requested a waiver from the Finance Parties, in respect of the delay in sending the information, to extend the submission deadline from 30 June 2019 to 31 July 2019, in order to assist the auditors and complete the statutory audit process.
