CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Company is pleased to announce that Theodor (Ted) Berklayd has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 7 June 2021.

Ted Berklayd replaces Zachary Vaughan who stands down as a director of the Company with effect from

7 June 2021 having been appointed on 26 June 2018.

Ted Berklayd is a Senior Vice President in Brookfield's Real Estate Group. Mr Berklayd is responsible for the active management, growth and strategic direction for Brookfield's European real estate investments. Mr Berklayd began his career at Brookfield in 2011 in the New York office, as part of the corporate finance group, relocating to London in 2017 to first head up the European finance team, and later the portfolio management team. Prior to Brookfield, Mr Berklayd was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps in the Transaction Advisory Services group in New York. Mr Berklayd holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr Berklayd was a Certified Public Accountant from the state of California until 2012.

Khalifa Al-Thani, Sir George Iacobescu, Shobi Khan and Becky Worthington remain directors of the Company.
