CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Company is pleased to announce that Rebecca (Becky) Worthington has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Becky joined CWG earlier in the year and will succeed Russell Lyons as Chief Financial Officer when he retires later this year. Becky was previously CFO of iQ Student Accommodation and before that was CFO and then Group Chief Operating Officer at Countryside Properties, listing the business on the LSE in 2016. Prior to that, Becky s pent 15 years at Quintain Estates and Development, first as Finance Director and latterly as Deputy Chief Executive; and was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lodestone Capital Partners. Becky qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has over 20 years of experience in finance with extensive knowledge of the real estate market.

Katy Kingston has also replaced Russell Lyons as an alternate executive director to Shobi Khan with immediate effect. Katy has been with Canary Wharf Group for 6 years, is a qualified Solicitor and holds the position of Managing Director - Legal.

Sir George Iacobescu, Shobi Khan, Khalifa Al-Thani and Zach Vaughan remain directors of the Company.
