Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce ("CIBC") has agreed to issue U.S.$1,750,000,000 of 3.150% Covered Bonds due June 27, 2021 (the "Covered Bonds") pursuant to CIBC's CAD 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by CIBC Covered Bond (Legislative) Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the final terms dated 22 June 2018 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue of Covered Bonds for the purpose of Article 5.4 of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended by Directive 2010/73/EU and including any relevant implementing measures in the United Kingdom)) and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 18 June 2018 (the "Prospectus"). Complete information on CIBC and the offering of Covered Bonds can only be obtained by reading the Final Terms together with the Prospectus.
