I know the non-exec Chair bought a pitiful amount of stock yesterday , but -
1) It amounts to her ONLY beneficial holding .
2) CNS will shortly go into close season for their end March financial year .
3) After the excellent DHSS news , the recent summons has created some uncertainty .
4) We are overdue news on whether the interim CEO is to become permanent .
Even though it also means that we are not currently in takeover talks , I take the Chair's tiny purchase as a humungous thumbs up .

Looks like the shorting scumbags are working this again, continued tiny sells hitting the bid, usually timed early morning and at the close. The LSE BB full of bashers who work 24/7, nothing new to AIM over recent years.
Looks like they are 'inside' also, they clearly had time to close their positions ahead of the Gov settlement news.
Hopefully they will get another bloody nose soon enough, there has been a lot of very positive news coming out of this sector over recent times including takeover approaches.

What folks are forgetting the settlement with the Gov makes the company a wide open takeover target, you can bet potential acquirers have been waiting for dispute resolution.
The shares could move sharply higher over the next few sessions 6p/7p is a near term target range IMO.
Excellent news , the dispute was not just a cost , it was a distraction for management , and it may also have discouraged takeover interest in CNSL . The £5m or so of net cash now rightly belongs to the company and its shareholders .

Bid has now fallen from 3.6p at open to 3p on just £12k of sells.
It will be interesting to see what they say in the presentation event at 4pm today, when you look at the numbers they do not look worthy of such a drop is the SP, last years H1 sales were inflated as we all know due to an order backlog in Q4 previous year, the company seems to be making all the right moves.
This outfit desperately needs to improve it's PR, no-one has a clue what is going on beyond results statements, they are expanding across numerous territories but why so secretive?
Cavendish continue to suggest the company is materially undervalued, 10p target, maybe a takeover approach will deliver a value event and exit strategy for the bulls.

Bought some of these yesterday, looks a prime takeover target given it's £5m cash treasury v it's incredibly low market valuation.
It took a while to get stock but, like today (see 350k buy @ 3.55p), you can sometimes get lucky via a limit order.
Results should be good, if so you should see 5p+

Those that have kept the faith here will be rewarded I am quite sure of that, the company is so under radar currently.
Plain fact is they are in a booming sector and must be a prime takeover target, the low market valuation is a pure anomaly, the last broker coverage was extensive and their target price of 10p per share would offer a valuation of only £24m.
The shares hit 4.6p in July after the Final Results and I expect another positive move after the Interims are released later this month.
Current m/cap £7.4m verses cash of £5.4m.

I think the results will do the talking, having looked at the credentials of Carolyn Rand you cannot fail to be impressed, she clearly knows how to deliver and I wonder if she has been responsible for the BOD changes.
It is also interesting how thin the management structure is, the company seems wide open for takeover.

Good riddance to Walbrook if they have dispensed them, they were quite useless.
The company uses the Investor Meet platform for it's live results Q&A and presentation event, Cavendish the broker have produced some stellar research notes with good analysis. The most recent being the 10p target price.
The issue appears to be getting the wider investment community interested, they seem to have no understanding how to promote, for example, this morning one peer company RNS'ed their move into another jurisdiction but CNSL have moved into numerous ones and not a murmur.
I still believe the best outcome for shareholders would be by way of a takeover approach, this outfit would slot nicely into a larger peer group, they are wide open for a bid with cash accounting for 70% of the current m/cap.
Current price is a great entry point.

The results are usually declared last week of November, as posted earlier today by 'thecoyone' the frustration concerning lack of PR and updates from the company is clearly reflected by a comatose share price.
If PR was half decent the investment proposition would be self fulfilling but all investors get are two updates a year, they even did away with the AGM statement this year.
I would like to see the company forced into more promotion, hopefully the larger shareholders will take action, the share price should/could be trading in a far higher range.
Maybe, out of the blue, there will be a takeover approach, what's not to like, £5m in the bank and an EBITDA profitable outfit with growth prospects valued at only 8m, it's balmy.
10p broker target to boot.
