Trading Update 
 
The Board of Business Control Solutions Group plc (BCT.L), the provider of 
consultancy and software control solutions, provides the following update on 
trading for the year to date. 
 
Since its preliminary results announcement on 27 February 2009, market 
conditions in the financial services sector have continued to deteriorate. 
Despite continuing to perform creditably this has had an impact on trading, 
particularly in the consultancy division, where margins have come under pricing 
pressure. This is anticipated to impact the Company's revenue and profitability 
for the full year, which are now expected to be below market expectations. 
 
The Company has taken action to further reduce its cost base and these measures, 
in addition to actions taken as part of a wider review of the business 
undertaken during the course of the last two years, mean that the Company is in 
a position to protect its cash position. 
 
The Board remains committed to its strategic course of delivering long term 
shareholder value.  The Board continues to concentrate on delivering a focused, 
high quality proposition to its customer base and on tightly managing its cost 
base in order to present a strong and predictable business proposition to the 
Company's shareholders and customers.
